Pastors David and Julia Blair come from very different backgrounds but both had the same vision and call on their lives which brought them together. David was born in Blue Earth, Minnesota and grew up on a farm. Julia was born and raised in Sumy, Ukraine. Her family later moved to New Jersey when she was fifteen.

David gave his heart to the Lord when he was eight and Julia surrendered her life to Christ at the age of twelve.

David and his wife Julia met at the River Bible Institute in 1999 and were good friends during this time.

David and Julia graduated from RBI in 2002 with a Bachelors of Theology. Julia, then went on to complete her master’s degree in Christian Counseling from Life Christian University. They were both very involved at The River at Tampa Bay Church, volunteering in many departments of the ministry. In January 2003, David had the privilege of becoming Pastor Rodney Howard-Browne’s Personal Assistant, traveling on the road with the RMI Crusade team to many cities and countries of the world.

Around that time he and Julia fell in love and began dating in February and were married on November 8, 2003. They continued traveling with the crusade team for another year. In 2005 David & Julia were brought into the Pastoral team at The River at Tampa Bay Church. They were honored to be apart of Pastoral care, follow up, overseeing home groups, and teaching in the River Bible Institute.

In October of 2017 the Lord began stirring in their hearts about moving back to Minnesota. Then, in September of 2018 they began to travel helping a church in New York and then moved from Tampa to Minneapolis in December to start The River at MSP Church, now called "The River Church Hutchinson".  

The River Church Hutchinson was planted on April 7th, 2019 in Hutchinson, MN with a powerful week of revival meetings where many were healed and people were set ablaze by the power of God!

Jenna Vikse grew up in a Christian home in Minnesota, gave her heart to the Lord at a young age and in her early 20's began going on mission trips to different nations. In 2008, she completed a Discipleship Training School at Youth With a Mission, Orlando. In 2009 & 2010, Jenna spent time volunteering as an assistant teacher at an English
Speaking School at YWAM Haiti and doing prison ministry. In 2013, Jenna took some courses at The River Bible Institute in Tampa where the Lord set her heart on fire for Him and taught her how to win souls.

In 2014, Jenna worked at a women's transitional home called Grace Place of Willmar. There the team helped women in transition by teaching them about the Lord, living a disciplined life, taught them life skills and helped them in their transition from all walks of life. She continued to volunteer there in 2015 and 2016.

In 2016, Jenna moved back to Florida and obtained her Real Estate License. The Lord blessed her and showed her favor in so many ways. She served faithfully at a church in Sarasota on the Worship Team, Prayer team, Outreach & small groups. Jenna completed Ambassador Training through Exit Realty as well which is one of the many trainings
she completed while working as a full time Realtor in Florida. Ambassador Training is a course designed to improve public speaking and to develop confidence while speaking one on one or in a group setting.

In late August of 2020, Jenna moved back to Minnesota and started working with her Mom and sisters at Jane Vikse Real Estate. Jenna started regularly attending The River Church Hutchinson & began serving in the Children's church in 2021. She had been involved in the Jail Ministry in 2022-2023. Jenna completed The River Bible School of
Minnesota's 2 year program in May of 2023. Jenna helps lead the Worship Team at The River Church Hutchinson, Houses of Joy, Soul Winning, RBSM and other things as needed. Jenna believes in the Vision at The River Church Hutchinson and the River Bible School of Minnesota. Her heart is to see the lost encounter the love of Christ, for
people to be healed and for people to fulfill the destiny that God has for their life.

Ms. Letiza LaMere

Letiza was born in Minnesota and raised in a Christian home in South Dakota, where she gave her life to Jesus at a young age. She began serving in the Kids Ministry as soon as she was able, continuing through high school before moving to Hutchinson, MN.

Letiza was a dancer for twelve years and a dance teacher for about five years. She taught two year olds all the way up to high schoolers. She loved working with them on a weekly basis and watching them excel!

In March of 2020, Letiza got hungry for God and He transformed her life! She knew she was called to ministry and began to pursue God like never before. She led a dance Bible study, a small group through her youth group, and was even asked to speak for a few minutes at a women’s conference. In 2022, Letiza started having youth revivals at her house. She saw young people saved, healed, set free, and filled with the Holy Ghost!

In 2022, Letiza heard about The River Church Hutchinson. She watched online and attended for the first time when her family was in the area. After that, she couldn’t stop coming and made the three and a half hour drive as much as she could.

Letiza graduated high school in 2023 and moved to Hutchinson, MN to attend the River Church Hutchinson and enrolled in their Bible school, the River Bible School of Minnesota. She immediately got involved, serving in media taking photos and teaching in River Kids. Later she was hired as Media Coordinator and River Kids Team Leader. She also enjoys helping with evangelism and youth ministry.

In 2025, Letiza graduated with an associate degree in Biblical Studies. Her heart is for souls, her generation, and to see nations saved!
